I sent an email about a month ago even showing what my bracelet looks like. Their website states life time guarantee, however I have a photo of my son when he was about 1 month or 2 old and it is starting to turn black.

I have received no response.

This was a gift from my parents and was not cheap. Extremely disappointing.

So here I am again left disappointed. Christina offered to help, I sent an email an have received no response.

I am even hesitant to send back my bangle for any repair, in fear I will not get it back. They can not even respond back to emails in a timely manner.
