Last year for Mother's Day I was given a heart key chain with my granddaughter's picture on it. Four months later it broke.
I contacted customer service and they couldn't have been nicer. They sent me a replacement. Four months later the new one broke. I contacted customer service again but this time they were annoyed.
They wanted me to return the key chain at my own expense . I told then this was not acceptable . The customer service rep told me she would talk to her manager and get back to me on Monday.
It is now Wednesday and I have not hear from them. I guess I never will.
